装配式建筑中的BIM技术的运用

摘要:本文系统研究了建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在装配式建筑全生命周期的应用价值与实施路径。研究表明,BIM 技术通过三维参数化建模、多专业协同设计和数字化仿真,有效解决了装配式建筑在设计协调、构件生产、现场装配和运维管理中的关键问题。研究显示,BIM 技术在典型项目中可降低施工成本8%-12%,缩短工期15%-20%,减少设计变更60%以上。文章结合港珠澳大桥、火神山医院等典型案例,分析了BIM 技术在碰撞检测、虚拟预拼装和构件追踪中的具体应用,同时探讨了当前存在的技术标准不统一、协同机制缺乏等挑战,并提出建立全产业链BIM 协同平台的未来发展路径。

Application of BIM Technology in Prefabricated Buildings

Abstract:This paper systematically investigates the application value and implementation pathways of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology throughout the entire lifecycle of prefabricated buildings. The research indicates that BIM technology effectively addresses key issues in prefabricated construction, such as design coordination, component production, on-site assembly, and operation and maintenance management, through 3D parametric modeling, multi-disciplinary collaborative design, and digital simulation. The study shows that in typical projects, BIM technology can reduce construction costs by 8%-12%, shorten project timelines by 15%-20%, and decrease design changes by over 60%. By examining representative case studies like the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the Huoshenshan Hospital, the paper analyzes specific applications of BIM technology in clash detection, virtual pre-assembly, and component tracking. Furthermore, it discusses existing challenges such as the lack of unified technical standards and collaborative mechanisms. Future development pathways, including establishing a BIM collaborative platform encompassing the entire industry chain, are proposed.
