数字化转型背景下工程项目管理模式创新与实践研究

摘要:在数字化技术深度渗透各行各业的背景下,工程项目管理正从传统“经验驱动、分散管控”模式向“数据驱动、协同智能”模式转型。传统模式下,工程项目存在信息孤岛、流程割裂、管控滞后等问题,难以适配现代工程“规模扩大化、系统复杂化、参与方多元化”的特征。本文基于数字化转型的政策导向与行业需求,首先剖析传统工程项目管理模式的核心痛点及数字化技术的适配价值;其次从管理理念、流程架构、技术工具三个维度,构建“数据驱动、协同互联、智能管控”的创新管理模式,明确数据整合、流程再造、智能决策等关键实施路径;最后结合实际工程案例,验证该创新模式在提升管理效率、保障工程质量、控制成本进度方面的实践效果。研究表明,数字化转型可推动工程项目管理实现全要素、全流程、全参与方的协同优化,为工程项目管理高质量发展提供系统性解决方案。

Innovation and Practice Research on Engineering Project Management Model under the Background of Digital Transformation

Abstract: Against the backdrop of deep penetration of digital technology in various industries, engineering project management is transforming from the traditional "experience-driven decentralized control" model to a "data-driven, collaborative intelligence" model. Under the traditional model, engineering projects suffer from information silos, fragmented processes, and lagging, making it difficult to adapt to the characteristics of modern engineering, such as "expanding scale, complex systems, and diversified participants". Based on the policy orientation and industry for digital transformation, this paper first analyzes the core pain points of traditional engineering project management and the value of digital technology fitting. Then, from the three dimensions of management philosophy, process architecture, and technical tools, it constructs an innovative management model of "data-driven, collaborative interconnection, and intelligent control", clarifying the key implementation paths such as integration, process reengineering, and intelligent decision-making. Finally, combined with actual engineering cases, it verifies the practical effects of this innovative model in improving management efficiency, ensuring quality, and controlling cost and progress. The study shows that digital transformation can promote the collaborative optimization of all elements, all processes, and all participants in engineering project management, and provide solutions for high-quality development of engineering project management.
