基于人工智能的混凝土配合比研究及强度预测

摘要:针对混凝土配合比设计及强度预测问题,提出了一种基于人工智能的方法。通过收集大量混凝土配合比实验数据,构建了包含水泥、水、骨料、外加剂等关键参数的数据库。采用机器学习算法建立混凝土强度预测模型,并对不同算法的预测精度进行比较分析。研究结果表明,人工智能模型能够有效预测混凝土强度,预测误差控制在合理范围内,与传统经验公式相比,该方法具有更高的准确性和适应性。此外,本文还研究了不同配合比参数对混凝土强度的影响规律,为优化配合比设计提供了参考。

Application of Artificial Intelligence in Concrete Mix Proportion Optimization and Strength Prediction

Abstract:This paper proposes an artificial intelligence-based method for concrete mix proportion design and strength prediction. By collecting a large amount of experimental data on concrete mix proportions, a database containing key parameters such as cement, water, aggregate, and admixtures was constructed. Machine learning algorithms were used to establish concrete strength prediction models, and the prediction accuracy of different algorithms was compared and analyzed. The research results show that the artificial intelligence model can effectively predict concrete strength, with prediction errors controlled within a reasonable range. Compared with traditional empirical formulas, this method has higher accuracy and adaptability, and can provide a scientific basis for concrete engineering practice. In addition, this paper also explores the influence of different mix proportion parameters on concrete strength, providing a reference for optimizing mix proportion design.
